These Terms of Service govern your use of Attera (attera.au).

By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. What the product is

Attera provides a personalised orientation document to help families understand and navigate the Australian aged care system.

This includes:

  • A written orientation tailored to your situation

  • Access via your account for 90 days

  • Up to 3 updates/regenerations within that period

3. What the product is NOT

The service is non-advisory by design.

It does NOT:

  • Provide legal advice

  • Provide financial advice

  • Provide medical advice

  • Recommend specific aged care providers

  • Recommend financial products or legal arrangements

You are responsible for seeking qualified professional advice where needed.

4. Eligibility

The service is intended for:

  • Australian residents only

5. Accounts and access

  • Accounts are created using your email address

  • Login is via secure email link (no password required)

  • Access is provided for 90 days from purchase

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account.

6. Pricing and payment

  • Price: AUD $59 per orientation

  • Payment is processed securely via Stripe

  • Attera does not store your card details

7. Hardship access

If you cannot afford the service, you may contact us at paul@attera.au to request access at no cost.

This is offered at our discretion.

8. Refunds

Refunds are available:

  • Within 14 days of purchase

  • Where the product was not as described or did not function as intended

Refunds are handled manually. Contact: paul@attera.au

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service or attempt to interfere with it

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes

  • Share access in a way that undermines the service

  • Submit false or misleading information deliberately

We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

10. Intellectual property

  • You may use your orientation document for personal purposes

  • You may share it with family or relevant professionals

Attera retains ownership of:

  • Templates

  • Structure

  • Methodology

  • System design

You may not reproduce or resell the service itself.

11. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided as general informational guidance only

  • We do not guarantee outcomes or decisions

  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on the content

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to:

  • Re-supplying the service, or

  • Refunding the purchase price

12. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

13. Changes to the service

We may update or improve the service over time.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
