It is designed to help prospective clients understand the format of our documentation, not the content of a real EMP.

It must not be used for planning submissions, contractor instruction or compliance purposes.
Real EMPs include site-specific content, environmental risks, tailored measures and client-supplied drawings.

publicly available environmental datasets
site-specific context
project requirements and builder information
These elements are not included in the sample, as they are tailored for each engagement.
Boundaries & Professional Limitations
Attera does not provide:
engineered or certified documentation
BAL assessments or AS 3959 compliance outputs
hydrology, stormwater, or wastewater design
ecological, contamination, or geotechnical assessments
statutory planning advice
any regulated or chartered professional services
Our documentation is desktop-based, non-certified, and must be implemented by the Builder or Principal Contractor.
